The Evaporative Cooling System (ECS) has been designed to cool stables, farms and greenhouses.
Its operation is based on the physical process of evaporation of water, which finely evaporates instantly and removes heat from the environment. This system works with a pressure of 60 bar (870 PSI). With this pressure and the ambient heat, combined with a low relative humidity, we obtain what is called “flash evaporation” and the consequent lowering of the temperature.
Unlike other adeabatic systems, the ECS system is also used in the house, which is perhaps the most important stage in the life of the chicken. This system guarantees, in arid areas, the maintenance of a constant relative humidity, which is very important for the first weeks of life of the chicks. It is not a system linked to ventilation and can also be used in poorly ventilated or open sheds. Thus great results are obtained even in warehouses where it would be impossible to install a common adeabatic system.
The ECS system can also be used for disinfection inside the shed.
The cooling boxes are made with anodic aluminum profiles and cooling panels for summer cooling. The passage of air through the cooling panel, made possible by the depression created by the fan inside the barn, generates the evaporative principle, thanks to which it is possible to reduce the temperature with minimum energy expenditure.

The limecale system has the peculiarity of transforming calcite (limestone) into aragonite.
The calcite (limestone) molecules can join one another and form deposits present in all farms and represent a big problem for the drinking system, cooling panel and fogger system.
The aragonite molecules do not have the possibility to join together, and therefore to create encrustations in the pipes and in the drinking systems.

HLS puts the farmer safe from the risks due to the lack of electricity, intervening in the event of a blackout, noticing the lack of a single phase or neutral, opening the windows and avoiding the asphyxiation of the animals.
The HLS safety system is equipped with a "TEST" button that allows the staff to check their operation, periodically or programmed, ensuring the correct operation of the equipment. The peculiarity of this safety system is the automatic closing of the windows, upon the return of electricity, without any intervention by the staff, restoring the normal operation of the shed.
The patented system TL1 is a security system designed to open modular windows in the event of a blackout. In farms that use forced ventilation, it is necessary to open the emergency windows, in the event of a power failure.
This opening, in some cases, was carried out with the help of additional energy sources (batteries), not always effective because the sources of additional energy did not guarantee the perfect efficiency of the system.

In case of blackout, the intervention of a spring ensures the complete opening of the windows, bringing the necessary air inside the shed to ensure that the animals do not have asphyxiation problems. When the electric current is restored, the system is repositioned, as it was originally, automatically.
The TL1 system also provides an efficiency test button to periodically verify that the whole system is absolutely effective.
