We have created a three-blade fan, lighter than any other existing, always maintaining a high air movement, from 85000 m3 / h with the 2 meters of diameter up to 280000 m3 / h with the 6 meters of diameter. The feature that distinguishes us from all other fans is the operating mechanism of the machine, that is: MOTOR - BELT - PULLEY. We strongly believe in this aspect, namely the simplicity of the machine. In case of fan malfunction anyone is able to replace the belt and restart it. We have focused on this aspect because we have been working alongside farmers for over 20 years and we know that SIMPLICITY IS SYNONYMOUS OF TRANQUILITY.                                                                                                                            Whit ELIFAN we avoi mechanical friction and consequently the use of lubricants, all the power developed by the engine is transferred directly to the fan withouth loss of power.

The high pressure cooling system or "FOGGER" ensures a lowering of the temperature in the feed lane by exploiting the adeabatic effect. The adeabatic effect already known in other sectors such as poultry with the use of the cooling panel, is the effect that is obtained by spraying fine water (30 micron drops) at a pressure of 60 BAR which impacts with the hot air inside the shed, and the evaporation lower the temperature. All this combined with the speed of the air generated by the fan blades creates a real "cooling tunnel" that encourages cows to feed even in summer where thermal stress reduces the consumption of food and consequently the production of milk and the fertility of animals.

 Our System has several advantages over other coarse drop cooling systems:

• Drastic reduction of the problems at the feet of the cows due to the water     present on the ground

We build and install windbreaks / sunshades for cattle farms. The mesh of the nets is woven diagonally for greater strength and durability, the percentage of water and wind resistance ranges from 70% up to 90%.

The nets are installed with bracing every 2.5 meters and are moved by ducted motors or motors with reducer, which can be operated with a wall-mounted push-button panel, making the management of nets for air entry, or to protect animals from bad weather very simple and effective.

TYPES OF HANDLING:

SINGLE MOVEMENT: allows you to open the nets from the bottom up.

DOUBLE MOVEMENT: allows you to open the nets from the bottom up and from the top to the bottom and with the help of a belt allows you to move the portion of the net that has remained open at will, very useful in winter for the replacement of air and in summer to keep the sun from bothering the animals.

The modular window guarantees the breeder a very robust and long-lasting window. Furthermore, in the automatic version with control unit, the window will be totally independent, it will open and close by itself according to the temperature detected by the probe.

We produce folding and retractable doors for all types of farming, with photocells and remote control for remote opening.
